We take information about you in order to respond to your queries and tailor our support to suit your needs. We do not provide this information to any third party companies or share it with any affiliates.

Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Order Payment
Payment can be made using most major debit or credit cards through the secure gateway operated by PayPal.com. We do not have access to any customer's credit card details. Personal and credit card details are sent to PayPal.com using secure Internet Technology. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Kinace Records.

Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a period of 30 days.

Order Confirmation
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Kinace Records. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Returns & Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, starting the day after you received your goods, for a full refund. You must email us before returning goods. Please ensure that returned goods are securely packaged and enclose a copy of your invoice. You will be liable for the cost of returning the item(s). We reserve the right to deduct some or all of our postage costs, at our discretion, from any refund/credit note issued.

Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Jurisdiction
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
